Paul Bronfman

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Paul Bronfman launched his career in the entertainment industry in the mid-1970s, working in the music industry with such hit bands as Supertramp and April Wine. By the late 1970s, Bronfman had transitioned to the film and television industry and went on to hold a number of executive positions at Astral Bellevue Pathe (now Astral Media Inc.) over the next ten years.

Bronfman founded Comweb Corporation in 1988 and over the years has built a group of horizontally integrated entertainment firms dedicated to providing expert production services, studio facilities, and equipment to the Canadian and international film and television industry.

Cyril Drabinsky

Cyril Drabinsky serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, Inc. He joined Cineplex Odeon in 1983 and was appointed President of Film House in 1987 and President of Deluxe Film Laboratory (Toronto) in 1989. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Deluxe Laboratories for North America for two years and as President of Deluxe Laboratories Inc. from 1995 - 2000. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Deluxe Film Worldwide upon the separation of Deluxe Media and Deluxe Film in 2000. Upon the formation of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, Inc. in 2006, Drabinsky was named President and CEO. He has also served as a member of the Hollywood Entertainment Museum board since 1995.

Laurence M. Geringer (LL.B., B.C.L., B.A.,)

Laurence is a partner and Co-Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. Laurence is also the regional Toronto head of such group.

Laurence specializes in corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and workouts, private equity, and corporate finance.

Laurence has over 25 years of experience and has acted as a senior business advisor to numerous corporations and businesses. Laurence has also acted in significant acquisitions, debt and equity financings and other transactional matters on behalf of a diverse group of clients, including chartered banks, investment banks, pension funds, private equity and mezzanine funds and restructuring funds.

Laurence has spoken and taught at the Law Society of Upper Canada. Laurence has also given numerous presentations and speeches to banks, financial institutions, accounting firms, private funds, investment banks and trade associations.

Keith Mosley

Keith Mosley is the Founder/Managing Director of Broadstone Partners Inc., a Toronto based boutique investment banking firm. Prior to his ventures with Broadstone, he spent a total of 28 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers including 17 years as a Partner, 8 years as Head of Corporate Finance in Canada and 2 years as Head of Corporate Finance for the Americas. He is married to wife Kathy and has two daughters Theresa and Katrina. Keith is also a former member of the Board of Governors and Treasurer of the Shaw Festival Theatre.

Bernie J. Nisker

Bernie is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 40+ years of executive-level experience. He holds a wide range of knowledge and financial experience in such diverse industries as retail, chemicals, film and entertainment. Bernie is knowledgeable in financing, acquisitions, divestitures, operations, auditing, accounting, tax, and more.

His experience includes tenures with reputable accounting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cantol Limited, and Soberman LLP. He successfully led companies in the roles of CEO, COO, and CFO. He advised companies as a member of their board of directors and mentored young entrepreneurs throughout his career.

Bernie continues in his profession as a consultant to mid-market clients in various capacities of operations, banking, divestitures, and acquisitions.

Mark Prior

Mark Prior is Chief Operating Officer of Entertainment Partners, the world leader in production management systems and services for film and television.Ê He has had a long and distinguished career in Canada as an innovator, entrepreneur, and CEO, and is happy to have called Los Angeles home since 2009.Ê Mark has served on a numerous agency and industry boards, most recently as Vice Chair of Leadership Vancouver, an organization dedicated to strengthening community through developing strong leaders.Ê One of Mark's most fulfilling roles has been acting as a mentor volunteer for Supporting Our Youth, an agency that supports GLBT youth through role modeling, teaching them to live with self esteem.

Paul Roscorla (Executive Vice President/COO)

Paul Roscorla is an industry veteran with over 35 years of extensive production service management and sales experience. He joined the Whites team in 1978 and most recently held the title of Director, Sales & Marketing-Western Region for the past six years after which he was appointed William F. White International Executive VP/COO, overseeing all operations from coast to coast. In 2010, Paul was also appointed to the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Roscorla studied business administration at Ryerson University and has been a key executive at WFW for over 30 years. He has also held several management positions across Canada with other well-known production service entities and is a current member of IATSE Local 873 in Toronto, IATSE Local 212 in Calgary and The Directors Guild of Canada.

Jay Switzer

A respected veteran of the Canadian arts and media industry for more than two decades, Switzer served as President and CEO of CHUM Ltd. prior to its sale in 2007, and was instrumental in the development and launch of CHUM's specialty channels dating back to MuchMusic in 1983/84. Switzer is co-founder and Chair of Hollywood Suite Inc., which recently announced the launch of a multiplatform four-channel HD specialty movie package in Canada, and also serves on the boards of Canadian media companies Shaftesbury Films Inc. and OUTtv, as well the Canadian Centre for Diversity. Switzer is a former Vice Chair of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters and a former longtime Governor of the Banff Television Foundation.

Switzer holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario), and has been recognized with numerous awards for his leadership in both broadcast industry and community initiatives.

Munir Noorbhai (VP/CFO)

Munir Noorbhai is the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of William F. White International Inc. A veteran of the Film and Television industry, Munir began his professional finance career in the Film and Television Industry at EP Canada, a member of the Comweb Group of Companies. He later moved to William F. White International Inc. and worked in the company's finance and administration department in a number of leadership roles, overseeing the company's accounting, administrative and IT functions, eventually working his way up to the position of CFO. In this role, Munir directs all financial aspects of the business including treasury management, accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, financial analysis, acquisitions and ventures, and monitoring of financial performance.

Munir is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of the UK. He is also a Member of the Certified General Accountants of Canada and holds an Honors degree in Business Administration.
